We want every work to feel right in your space. If it does not, you can send it back.

14 days to change your mind

If you are a consumer, or a sole trader buying for non-professional purposes, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of the day you, or someone you name, receive the work. You do not need to give a reason. We apply the same 14 days to buyers outside the EU.

How to withdraw

1. Tell us within the 14 days by email to info@olshbau.art. Give your name, your order number and the work you are returning. You can use the model form below, but you do not have to.
2. Send the work back within 14 days of telling us, to: OLENA OLSHEVSKA (OLSHBAU), ul. Artura Grottgera 15/37, 80-311 Gdańsk, Poland
3. Pack it the way it arrived, ideally in the original box and packing. Use a tracked and insured service.

Costs

• You pay for the return shipping and its insurance.
• For deliveries outside the EU, the return must be declared as "returned goods" so that no import duty is charged in Poland. We will send you the right wording.
• You are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the work beyond what is needed to look at it, as you would in a gallery.

Refund

• We refund the full price you paid, including any delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. Shipping to you is included in our prices, so there is usually no separate delivery cost to refund.
• We may wait to refund until the work is back with us, or until you send proof that you have shipped it, whichever comes first.
• We refund using the same payment method you used, unless you ask for something else. There is no fee for the refund.
• Duties and taxes charged by your country on import are paid to that country, not to us. You may be able to reclaim them from your customs office.

When the right of withdrawal does not apply

• Commissioned works made to your individual specifications, as agreed with you in writing before the order.

Standard prints in the sizes and papers listed on the site can be returned like any other work.

Damaged in transit

If a work arrives damaged, keep the box and all packing material. Take photos, and write to us within 48 hours of delivery if you can. See the Shipping policy. We handle the insurance claim, and you will not pay for return shipping in this case.

Complaints (lack of conformity)

For 2 years after delivery, you can report any lack of conformity of the work with the contract. Write to info@olshbau.art with a description and photos. We reply within 14 days. As provided by law, we will repair or replace the work. If that is not possible, we will reduce the price or refund you.

Natural features of hand-made work are not defects: slight irregularities in paper, plaster or wood, tool marks, and colour differences between screens and the real object.
