Morning Color Wheel

A shallow round relief divided into four soft fields: lilac, yellow, blue and pale grey, held by a white rim and a raised centre. The surface is built up in plaster over a cardboard form, so every edge and ridge is made by hand.

It reads like a colour wheel slowed down to morning light, and changes through the day as the light moves across the wall.
